The coaching method and the type of coaching will be adapted to your personal preferences to ensure the best result. Not only are the preferences for the process and the way of communication individually adapted, but also the location as this is relevant for your motivation and inspiration and thus for your success.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Time” tab_id=”1492953214407-ebb97cc1-2264″][vc_column_text]A coaching session usually takes 60-90 minutes, depending on your preference. The most important thing is to use the time as efficiently as possible, with a high level of energy, openness and concentration.<\/p>\n

The number of hours you decide to take depends on your topic. Depending on your challenges, it usually takes between three and ten sessions.<\/p>\n

We only define a preliminary number of sessions in our contract, but the actual number will depend on the solution.<\/p>\n

You can stop the coaching at any time you want.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Time intervals to meet” tab_id=”1492953267189-c069cee0-b5e6″][vc_column_text]The time between sessions is the essential part of coaching, which should be used to practice, elaborate, experiment and try the outcomes and key learnings of each session.<\/p>\n

The usual time between coaching sessions is 1-2 weeks, but it can also be a few days. Time periods of 3-4 weeks are not unusual, especially when day to day business priorities make meetings more difficult to plan. To help with this, and provide a certain amount of flexibility, coaching sessions can be held using Skype.\u00a0 It\u2019s up to you.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Place to meet” tab_id=”1492953297411-5c431a10-5320″][vc_column_text]The coaching could take place at my office in Budapest, or we could meet at your own office if you prefer.\u00a0 This is really up to you, but I recommend that we try meet in a \u2018neutral\u2019 place in order to get the necessary distance from daily activities that could distract you.<\/p>\n

As an idea for an unusual location, I would suggest an inspiring place indoors or outdoors, providing the necessary silence.\u00a0 Obviously, for Skype calls, you have a free choice as to which place is the most inspiring for you, ensuring that it has the necessary silence for an efficient coaching session.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Pricing” tab_id=”1492953542645-92969022-5751″][vc_column_text]All prices are based on a 60 minute coaching period. This is the reason why sustainability and measurement are of absolute importance and are the central part of my coaching.<\/p>\n

I will send you a questionnaire as preparation for the preliminary conversation. In this way, expectations coupled with rough targets can be discussed at an early stage.<\/p>\n

At the end of each session, we will jointly evaluate the key learnings, based on your goals, and actively plan the time until the next coaching session for you to implement your findings.<\/p>\n

After each session you will receive, what I call, a “reflection sheet” to summarize your personal discoveries and insights of the session.\u00a0 This allows you to record what you intend to try, explore or implement prior to our next meeting, with regard to your goals.<\/p>\n
